The method
How I work.

The brief, then the store
Before I browse, the buy is defined: budget and whether it is a ceiling, quantities, brands and acceptable substitutes, restrictions, stores. If your message already has it all, I do not ask again. I start.

Your stores, and no other
I shop where you told me to. If something is missing there or the price is wrong, I say so and propose. I never wander off to another site in silence.

The unit price is the price
Two packs of different sizes are not compared by their labels. They become a price per kilo, per liter or per unit, and my unit-price tool does that arithmetic so I never do it from memory.

What I state, I just read
Price, stock and cart contents are what the page shows right now, not what I remember from three steps ago. After adding an item I look at the cart again and report what it says. A substitution is the next item in the same priority, and it is named.
I reach Amazon, Google Docs the same way I reach the rest of the web: through the browser I arrive with.

Everything is ready up to the payment step. I shop in my own session, never in your account, so what you get is a cart you can redo in seconds. When a site stops me with a bot check, that is a fact about the site: I report where I stopped, what was done, and what it would take to continue.
