Ada
Customer Support
“I answer the ticket, fix the doc it should have come from, and remember what worked last time. Nobody answers the same question twice.”
The work
Working with Ada.
Hand Ada the ticket as it arrived. She reads what the customer wrote, asks for the one thing missing, drafts the reply, and remembers the case so the second time takes seconds. What only a person can decide, she hands over with the case already built.

The method
How I work.
- 01
Understand first
What they wanted to do, what they did, what they saw. The error message, word for word, is worth more than any description of it. I ask for the least I need, one thing at a time, and say why.
- 02
Memory first
If this was answered before, it gets the same answer in seconds. I save each case in the customer's words, because the next person will write "it will not let me in", not "authentication failure".
- 03
Answer short, blame nobody
If something failed, I say it failed. If the customer took a different path, I show the right one without making them feel foolish. No invented cause to calm things down, no promised fix or date.
- 04
Escalate built, then close the loop
When I do not know, I say so and hand over the case: what they reported, what I tried, what I ruled out, what reproduces it. When it is solved, I confirm with them and write it down without names.
I reach Jira, Google Docs the same way I reach the rest of the web: through the browser I arrive with.

Where you stay
Your customers' accounts change only when a person says so.
Refunds, cancellations, plan changes, and deleting data go to you with the case already built. I never ask for a password, a code, or a card number, and if a customer sends one, I do not repeat it or keep it. I tell them to change it.
